1. Eligibility

To qualify for the Referral Rewards Program:

The referred customer must be a new customer of Sabrina's Pristine Cleaning and must not have previously booked or received any cleaning services from us.

The referred customer must identify the referring customer before their first cleaning appointment, preferably when requesting an estimate or booking their service.

The referred customer must book and complete an eligible cleaning service and payment must be received before the referring customer's rewards are issued.

The referred customer is eligible to redeem their complimentary Welcome Gift during their first eligible cleaning.

The referring customer becomes eligible for their referral rewards only after the referred customer's first eligible cleaning has been completed and payment has been received.

2. Referral Identification

To qualify for Referral Rewards, the referred customer must identify the referring customer before their first cleaning appointment, preferably when requesting an estimate or booking their service.

The referred customer must provide the referring customer's:

Full Name
Service Address
Phone Number

Referral rewards cannot be applied retroactively after the first eligible cleaning has been completed.

3. Welcome Gift

Eligible referred customers may choose one complimentary add-on service from the current Welcome Gift selection.

The Welcome Gift is redeemed during the referred customer's first eligible cleaning and:

Has no cash value.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be substituted for another service unless approved by Sabrina's Pristine Cleaning.
Is subject to availability and accessibility.

4. Behind-the-Appliances Cleaning

Behind-the-appliances cleaning is available only where appliances can be safely moved without risk of injury or damage to flooring, cabinetry, utility connections, appliances, or surrounding property.

5. Referral Rewards

Once the referred customer's first eligible cleaning has been completed and payment has been received:

The referred customer receives one complimentary Welcome Gift with their first eligible cleaning.

The referring customer receives one complimentary add-on service from the same Welcome Gift selection.

Active recurring cleaning clients also receive an additional 10% Pristine Rewards bonus on their next recurring cleaning, in addition to their regular 5% Pristine Rewards credit.

6. Pristine Rewards

Pristine Rewards:

May only be redeemed toward future eligible cleaning services.
Have no cash value.
Cannot be transferred or sold.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cannot be applied retroactively to completed services.

7. Reward Expiration

Unless otherwise stated, referral rewards and complimentary add-on rewards expire 12 months from the date they are issued.

8. Minimum Service Requirement

Referral rewards and complimentary add-on services may only be redeemed with an eligible cleaning service that meets Sabrina's Pristine Cleaning's current minimum booking requirements.

9. Program Changes

Sabrina's Pristine Cleaning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Rewards Program, Welcome Gift selection, or Pristine Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

The Referral Rewards Program is intended to reward genuine referrals to new customers. Self-referrals are not permitted. Referral rewards will not be issued for referrals involving the same individual, members of the same household, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to obtain rewards through fraudulent or misleading means. Sabrina's Pristine Cleaning reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline rewards that do not meet the program requirements.

How does the Referral Rewards Program work?

Simply refer a friend, neighbour, family member, or local business to Sabrina's Pristine Cleaning. When they contact us to request an estimate or book their first cleaning, they must let us know they were referred by you by providing your full name, service address, and phone number. Once their first eligible cleaning has been completed and paid for, you'll both receive your rewards.

Who qualifies as a new customer?

A new customer is someone who has never previously booked or received a cleaning service from Sabrina's Pristine Cleaning.

The new referred customer receives their complimentary Welcome Gift during their first eligible cleaning.

The referring customer receives their referral reward after the referred customer's first eligible cleaning has been completed and payment has been received.

New referred customers receive one complimentary add-on service from our Welcome Gift selection with their first eligible cleaning.

After your referral completes their first eligible cleaning, you'll receive:

One complimentary add-on service from our Welcome Gift selection.
If you're an active recurring cleaning client, you'll also receive an additional 10% Pristine Rewards bonus on your next recurring cleaning, in addition to your regular 5% Pristine Rewards credit.

Example:

Your recurring cleaning: $200

Regular Pristine Rewards: 5% = $10
Referral Bonus: 10% = $20
Complimentary Add-On: Choose either: Interior Oven or Refrigerator or Behind-the-Appliances Cleaning

Total value: $30 in Pristine Rewards plus one complimentary add-on service valued at $30.

Can I refer more than one person?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals you can make. Each successful referral earns its own rewards.

Can I combine multiple referral rewards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multiple referral rewards may be accumulated and redeemed on future eligible cleaning services, subject to scheduling, availability, and the program's terms and conditions.

Do referral rewards expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, referral rewards and complimentary add-on services must be redeemed within 12 months of being issued.

Can referral rewards or Pristine Rewards be exchanged for cash?

Accepted Answer

No. Referral rewards, complimentary add-on services, and Pristine Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous services.
